BIOGRAPHY

Haley Luis is a Physical Security Analyst at the E-ISAC, a division of NERC, where she evaluates security incidents and develops assessments identifying physical risks to the electric industry. She works closely with partners to strengthen awareness and resilience across the energy sector.

Haley previously worked in National Grid’s security control center, managing daily operational functions and incident responses. Her earlier experience in retail asset protection investigations adds depth to her expertise in risk mitigation, security analysis, and threat evaluation.
